Checks if the selected Scheme is active.

Inputs

» Conspirator: The 1st actor is the conspirator, the 2nd actor is the target.

» Target: The 1st actor is the target, the 2nd actor is the conspirator.

Note

» To Target: Checks if the selected scheme is active against the 2nd actor by the 1st actor.

» To Anyone: Checks if the selected scheme is active against anyone by the 1st actor.

» From Anyone: Checks if the selected scheme is active against the 1st actor by any actor.
